Performance Authority Modeling

The Performance Model Authority is an IOVIO service based on the industry standard TMMi (Test Maturity Model integrated) reference model and focused on everything from requirements analysis and business process design through to test execution, reporting and production monitoring.

IOVIO assessors review an organizations overall performance testing maturity through a series of questionnaires, interviews, workshops and artifact reviews.  The outcome is a report indicating the organizations level of maturity against this industry standard as a benchmark as well as a roadmap to increase the maturity based on delivering maximum business benefit at the lowest possible risk.

Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel IOVIO took the leading industry standard specifications and then tailored them for ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle eBusiness and Microsoft Dynamics, using technology and processes based on years of experience with customers.  The outcome is an optimized program dedicated to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Quality Assurance programs specific to customers running ERP applications and technologies aligned to best practice.
