If you wish to join IOVIO team and choose to apply for a vacancy, we may process and retain the information you provide to us.   We collect your personal data for recruiting purposes, such as your name and telephone number, your e-mail address or the information connected to your professional background, such as education, work experience, competencies and skills. When applicable, we also collect reference checks information.   We collect the information from your direct application to our job postings on recruitment websites or on IOVIO Careers section, but also from third parties (eg. recruitment agencies) or referrals.   We use this information to communicate with you regarding our openings or to inform you about your application and to obtain more information related to your suitability for the opening position.   We store your personal data for a period of 3 years from the date of collection, in order to communicate future employment opportunities.


We may disclose your information to our third party service providers, such as hosting providers or the aforementioned third-party cookie providers, in order to assist us with providing quality services to you. Furthermore, we may disclose your information if required or permitted by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, or other legal process served on us.

Correct – you have the right to correct any incorrect personal data stored by us. Deletion – you may request deletion of (outdated) personal data.
